Kathy Cifra has sold two houses for me in the last 2 years. She puts her "heart and soul" into everything she does, i.e., whether it is market assessment / analysis, staging, negotiations, etc. She is extremely responsive, good listener but is not afraid to make solid recommendations that ultimately lead to a good experience and final result. She is a consummate professional, i.e., possessing excellent standards and ethics.
